Bayer Corp. CEO Greg Babe to Keynote American Chemistry Council Responsible Care Conference & Expo
Pittsburgh; April 26, 2012 -- Greg Babe, president and CEO of Bayer Corporation and Bayer MaterialScience LLC, will deliver the opening keynote address at the 2012 American Chemistry Council (ACC) Responsible Care® Conference & Expo Opening Session on Monday, April 30. The conference will take place in Hollywood, Fla., on April 30 and May 1, 2012.
Babe’s speech will address the importance of performance improvement, Responsible Care’s strategic review and recommendations for moving the program forward.
Babe serves on ACC’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors, serves as the executive chair of the ACC’s Responsible Care Board Committee, and is a member of ACC’s Chemical Management and Board Research Committees. This is the third consecutive year Babe will be the event’s keynote speaker.
Mark Ryan, Chief Communications Officer of Bayer Corporation and Bayer MaterialScience LLC, will also be speaking at the conference. The sessions he will participate in are:
