Claus Fey
Vice President and Country Group North America HR//Business PartnerClaus Fey is the HR//Business Partner and Head of the Centers of Expertise Hub for the Country Group North America responsible for all HR governance and coordination of the HR Community and Centers of Expertise activities.
Mr. Fey joined Bayer in 1984 and held various human resources positions in Germany for Bayer HealthCare and Bayer CropScience, later becoming head of human resources for Bayer Pharma, Germany.
In 1996, Mr. Fey relocated to the United States and served in human resources leadership positions for Bayer HealthCare in West Haven, Connecticut and Raleigh, North Carolina. In 2005 he returned to Leverkusen, having been appointed Head of Executive and Expatriate Administration and Global Project Leader for the Transforming Human Resources (THR) project. He also led the Bayer human resources team through the Schering Integration Project, following the June 2006 acquisition of Schering AG by Bayer.
Mr. Fey returned to the United States and assumed his current role in February 2007.
Mr. Fey is the chair for the Bayer Human Resources Community Council, NA and is a member of Bayer’s Global Human Resources Community Council. He also serves on the Board of the World Affairs Council in Pittsburgh.
